It was not an easy job but they fixed the shoddy work done by the previous owner and we are ?extremely? happy with the outcome! He also gave some helpful tips to ensure it does not happen in the future. At the same time, he quoted $300 for 2 hours before the job, but asked for $175 for 30 minutes of work. Great job, but didn't feel right.

Comments: The owner Brian took the time to come out look at the problems I had - leaky kitchen drain pipe, garbage disposal replacement, constantly running toilet, and bath tub drain issue - a number of miscellaneous little problems. It was only 10 or 15 minutes to show him everything that needed fixing, but my point is he came out and looked. He then called me a couple days later with a price of 850. We made appointment. He showed up and did all those little jobs. Really helped me out and a nice guy too. Another plumber, who shall remain nameless, called me but he couldn't be bothered to come out, take a look, and give me an actual estimate. He quoted me over the phone what he thought it might be and he was super high on his guestimate. Knowung the actual cost was important to me. Thanks to BCM plumbing for doing it right and helping me out.
